•         Other (please specify)The hotel was so beautiful. Just renovated sitting there with a view of the Adriatic Sea, Located within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Again we loved our guide. He spoke good english and was entertaining. He knew a lot of people and he had them do special things for us like call ahead and have a cheese pastry baked special for us hot out of the oven and at his expense,

•         Other (please specify)The lakes were a wow factor. We have seen waterfalls but this was more that we had ever expected. We got lucky. They had closed a portion of the lakes due to heavy rain but opened it within an hour of our arrival. We were guided through the entire area by our guide who was so helpful and caring about us.

•         Other (please specify)We went to a winery and was treated to a wine tasting like we have never experienced. They served us pasta with black truffles and a lavish table of tapas. There were enough portions to make a meal as well as 6 different wines and more than a taste. We were encouraged to finish everything.

He told us about the different restaurants and depending on what we were interested be offered suggestions where we should go. We went to a palace where we listened to music while we sat on a pad and had a glass of wine. Strolled through the palace where there were shops and restaurants. The gelato was awesome

•         Other (please specify)We passed through a beautiful valley where there is a huge production of citrus fruit. Our guide stopped along the way and purchased clementines and brandy for us to sample. Again at his expense. We visited another winery along the way we learned about the production of the wine and were served a lunch that included mussels and oysters and of course wine. Our guide played the accordion and the bus driver and the owner of the winery sang Dalmatian folk songs to us. It was heavenly

•         Other (please specify)The amenities were nice and the food was awesome. We had a nice tour of the old town and had free time which we used to ride the cable car and dine for lunch overlooking the water.
